Stained glass on glass. Black and yellow tess are layered.
Periodic ground fires reduce overcrowding and recycle nutrients, thereby rejuvenating the fire-resistant landscape.

Asha is made of vitreous glass mosaic tiles, with a steel, fibreglass mesh and cement body. She is 1.4 m long and about 65 cm high and is suitable for outdoors. Private commission. |

I started the "Portrasaic" brand in order to concentrate on Animal, Pet and Human portraiture. Merlin was one of the earlier Animal/pet portraits and was created after a series of pet dog portraits.

'Urban Bloom' is a mosaic mural in the public thoroughfare under a historic railway arch at SWG3 in Glasgow. The mosaic is made from Cesi frost proof tiles and sits on a rendered brick wall, framed by sand stone.

LARKIN WITH TOADS 2010
Larkin with Toads was a large scale, mass participation public art event that populated Hull with enormous decorated toads for 10 weeks during the summer of 2010.
This formed part of the Larkin25 festival (www.larkin25.co.uk) celebrating the poem 'Toads'.
